These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AfterMoving website and the junk removal, post-move cleaning, donation drop-off, and appliance removal services we provide. By using our site or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

AfterMoving provides junk removal, post-move cleaning, donation drop-off, and appliance removal services in Atlanta and the surrounding Georgia metro area. Service availability, scheduling, and coverage areas may vary and are confirmed at the time of booking.

2. Quotes & Pricing

• Quotes are provided based on the information and photos you share and are estimates until confirmed on site.
• Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual volume, weight, access conditions, or scope of work differs from what was described.
• We will communicate any change in price before performing additional work whenever possible.
• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

• We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window, but arrival times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or prior jobs.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or decline service due to safety concerns, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Items We Cannot Accept

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot remove certain hazardous materials, including but not limited to wet paint, chemicals, solvents, asbestos, biohazards, and other regulated waste. If you are unsure whether we can take an item, please ask before your appointment.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Ensure that items intended for removal are accessible and that you have the right to dispose of them.
• Secure or remove any valuables, important documents, or items you wish to keep before our crew arrives.
• Provide accurate information about the property, access, and scope of work.
• Ensure pets and children are kept safely away from the work area.

6. Liability

We take care to perform our services responsibly and professionally. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AfterMoving is not liable for pre-existing damage, items removed at your direction, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Satisfaction & Re-Cleaning

If you are not satisfied with a cleaning service, contact us within a reasonable time and we will work to make it right, which may include a complimentary re-clean of the affected area, at our discretion.

8. Communications

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to be contacted by AfterMoving regarding your request via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of AfterMoving and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

10. Changes to These Terms
